Dr Coughlin performed a tooth extraction procedure on my daughter this morning. She came home weeping. She said that she has never been treated so cruell and with such disrespect. He performed the procedure with Novocain. She told him that the tooth was not numb enough and he snapped "Well you are going to feel something". My daughter said the pain was excruciating and she begged him to stop. When he wouldn't stop she grabbed his arm and he started yelling at her. She said he was very rude.
