Dr. Fader was helpful & polite, however; the staff is considerably rude. My wife inquired with them via phone about the cost of a particular emergency astetic procedure, & then was up-charged after the procedure was complete. As a business professional visiting the area from out of state, I was surprised at how unkind the staff members were, especially one individual named Shelley. On top of everything else, the address is incorrect online.. it was on the opposite side of the island.
