excellent. No problems, although lot of papers for signing in. Very nice hospital.
I was at Mansfield for my mother. This doctor and his team provided absolutely AMAZING care! Dr. Trivedi was extremely polite and professional. He immediately figured out what the problem was and saved my mother.
I was taken via ambulance to Mansfield Methodist ER where I encountered the most horrible doctor ever. I have cirrhosis of the liver and needed some help with pain and other relief until i could see a liver specialist. He proceeded to tell me I was not an emergency and that he would get to me in about 3 hours. I don't know who gave him his medical license but they screwed up when they gave him his. I was taken to Methodist Mansfield via EMT's for an overwhelming case of nausea and dizziness. I couldn't hold my head up I was so ill, this was the third time it had happened. This doc didn't allow me the opportunity to explain what happened, proceeds to ask my 14 year old grandson (while he's playing a game on his cell phone) what happened...of course he doesn't know he was in his room playing the game. I cannot believe that Dr. Trivedi M Ketan and his Nurse at the Methodist Mansfield ER talked to me and the insurance rep on the line for 20 Minutes to explain that they are not doing any prior authorization there instead they could have answered 2 questions in 1 Minute. Not very helpful as a human being but a doctor what a paradox. In fact, I saw him only 30 seconds when I got diagnosed but being there for 4 hours. Such a bad experience with this doctor and Methodist Mansfield ER.
