I’m so grateful I found Dr. Patel. He is an extremely talented surgeon who offered a solution 4 other surgeons could not. It baffles me that people write these reviews and damage the rating because of office issues verses the skill of the surgeon that is by far the most important thing a patient needs to know about.
I have been a former patient of Dr. Patel who has done surgeries on me. Dr. Patel is the best you can find out there. He is very professional, caring and THE BEST in what he does. I have referred over 15 people to him and will continue referring.
Avoid this doctor's office. The communication is terrible, and the staff is unprofessional and rude. The staff represents the doctor when it comes to patient interactions. Monica, the surgery coordinator, is extremely rude and unhelpful. It's difficult to communicate with her due to her attitude.
Cannot say anything about doctor because after a month of trying to schedule appointment for my mom had to give up. Every time my phone conversation with front office ended up with promises to call next day. We filled up questionnaire and all paperwork required. After a month of calls they simply lost questionnaire and paperwork. It looks like they are looking for patients with insurance which pays high dollar for services or just a bunch of ignorant idiots who doesn’t give a….about people. I highly recommend Dr Patel. He is absolutely a five star surgon. He is beyond professional, genuinely cares, absolutely talented. He has an awesome team. I met with two of his amazing nurses, Zoe and Ryan. they were so caring and professional. Can’t wait for my big surgery coming up with Dr Patel.
