It was very professional. And didn't waite very long.
I had an appointment with Dr. Morehead today at UCSF and left extremely frustrated. I felt she dismissed the severity of my pain, generally lacked empathy, and did not take the time to listen and ask follow-up questions about my symptoms. In addition, she didn't offer helpful information or alternative treatments. She simply reported - "this is not inflammatory", made me a referral, and pushed me out the door.
