Would not recommend. Toward the end of my pregnancy, she refused to provide a doctor’s note that I needed for work, stating it “wasn’t a medical issue” despite the fact that my job involves heavy lifting and I was experiencing other medical issues following this pregnancy . My concerns were dismissed, and I felt completely unsupported. There were also no follow-up calls or check-ins after my child was born. She is caring and kind.
Dr. Ranken was gracious in taking me in as a patient. If it wasn’t for her I would have suffered for who knows how long. She is a super thorough, professional, kind and relational doctor. I am also beyond grateful to Cherise, she went above my expectations to help where she can and answered all my MANY questions and concerns despite how busy the clinic is — It’s been a while experiencing such great treatment as a patient in Canada and I am extremely grateful and would recommend Dr. Ranken and her practice
Dr Ranken is my OB for my first pregnancy - she is friendly, patient, knowledgeable, on time, and always made me feel assured and heard. Her receptionist is also super nice and responsive. I really enjoyed being Dr Ranken’s patient and would recommend her to anyone who is looking for an OB!
