Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Carder. Our baby had horrible eczema and she cleared up within days after using the medication she was prescribed. Will continue to use her for any skin conditions if they arise!
I hope someone finds this review very helpful . I’ve been a patients with Dr.Carder since I was a baby when she was at children’s . I was one of the kids going to camp brave skin every summer and I love it . Even though I am not a patient now because I am very much older there alot of things that I remember about her that I can greatly say she was the best dermatologist I ever had and ONLY had . I unfortunately have to give this office a one star just because of the front office or whoever answered the phone. In the course of three different phone calls, I was told that I would have to pay out of pocket. I did confirm with BCBS that this was incorrect, and that I would only have to pay my copay because they had a specialty contract and were in my network. I have really liked Dr Carder and her medical assistants and for many years they have provided excellent care to my children. Unfortunately the billing office staff (Lindsey) is disrespectful and rude. Not only is it difficult to get a hold of someone, they speak condescendingly to patients (parents) regarding billing. I am hopeful Dr. Carder will listen to her patients and address her staff accordingly.
Dr. Carder is wonderful doctor. We’ve been coming to her office for almost 2 yrs and a half, and she’s always been a ray of sunshine every time. So happy we found her:)
