I'm writing this just as a reminder for women to follow their instinct and trust their gut and body. I was seeing Dr. Bruice for HRT. I'm post-menopausal, 5 years and, at the time, I'd been on HRT for 1-1/2 years. I started bleeding for 9 days and about the amount of a normal period. Although Dr. Bruice was the first Dr who listened to my perimenopause symptoms and offered me treatment- that is where my praise ends. He did not wear gloves when taking my initial bloodwork. He did not explain what exactly I was paying for when I paid the initial 1300$ few. He never did follow up blood work. He asked me if I thought we needed to change the dosage of the hormones he had me on- updated bloodwork would have been a much better way to figure that out. This doctor is only concerned about money, & overcharging front office has NO interest in billing Insurance. They should Investigate this practice and be shutdown!
Wonderful experience! Dr. Bruice is very knowledgeable and has a great deal of experience dealing with HRT. He is always willing to help and listen to his patients Highly recommended!
