Be very careful when visiting this office. Their primary business is a Dentist office. (Irving) Quoted two different prices, then told me to go home and watch a YouTube video on how to use a medical device after I just paid a $2400 deductible. Staff was poorly informed regarding mouth piece, and not trained on how to affectively use a CPAP machine. Jessie the Director of patient wellness did not seem to care about her patient concerns. Medical appointments…not a fan. An initial appointment with a new doctor can be many things, but usually anything but enjoyable, right? Yesterday, I saw Dr Marie Dibra at her office at Sleep Dallas in Frisco. From the moment I walked in and was assisted by two friendly staff members, my anxiety decreased. Everybody is incredibly efficient, professional, and super friendly. Dr. Smith always has a great attitude with an infectous smile. I highly recommend this Dental/Sleep practice.
I've never seen Dr Smith, but staff is terrific... friendly and professional. So far treatment for sleep apnea is working!
