Six calls to office. Not one call returned. Numeric menu that's impossible to navigate (not to mention a bit snotty-sounding about what each button will and will not get you) and impossible to speak to a person unless your lottery number comes up and a person happens to actually pick up the phone. Great doctor (Smith) but with this amature level of an office staff I'm choosing to find another doctor.
