This is the second surgery that Dr Dickson has done for me and I couldn't be more pleased
He did both of my carpal tunnel surgeries 10 years prior so I returned for another issue and like then I found the service provided was as expected!

Very knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to explain my son's injury in detail. He answered all my questions and made sure to follow up to ensure his diagnosis was correct without being invasive. He also spoke to me personally when I called with concerns on a Friday afternoon.
He has terrible bedside manner. Did not remember meeting me or my plan of care. I felt stupid and felt like I was just annoying him. He stood over me and made huge gestures with his arms and hands......almost threatening. Never listened to me, my concerns.......actually asked me “what do you want me to do about it”! I was just another number hearded in and out. If surgery ends up necessary, he most definitely will not be doing it........so discouraged!
When our son broke his arm, Dr. Dickson provided excellent care. He explained the injury thoroughly (and with a little humor), which put our son at ease. It was a bad break that required surgery, and our son healed beautifully. He was back to his sports and other activities in no time. We are thankful for the incredible care Dr. Dickson and his team provided.
Horrible HORRIBLE H.O.R.R.I.B.L.E!!!!!! Worst bedside manner EVER!! Never met a doctor so rude!!! Do not make an appointment! Find another doctor!!! Not worth it!!! Continually talked over me and did not listen to my concerns. Worst experience ever!!
