I have not been to Dr. Kenny trans office in quite some time due to the fact that he no longer takes my insurance. I was looking him up for a friend and I realized someone left a one-star review. I was recommend Dr. Tran for my crowns and implants. I sent a detailed email about the difficulties I had with a dentist in Mexico to him. I explained that I was looking for an evaluation of the work that had been done. I then made an appointment with Dr. Tran's office and sent the specific scan files of my teeth to his assistant. The response I received was, and I quote "After consulting with Dr Tran and having him go over this email and images. Dr. Tran doesn't feel comfortable changing the other provider's diagnosis."
