Dr Coonce took great care of my husband and was great at explaining things. He was never rushed and always took time to talk to both of us about my husband's ear issues.
I had an appt. was at 1pm. the Dr. came in around 3pm. No one informed us that Dr had an emergency. My info was sent from the referring Dr.s office, but it was not filled in their computer. I had to fill another and even then, they were filling as Dr waited. When Dr came to me he was rushing to the next pt. To schedule an appt w/ nurse, I told to call later. When I called l & left message, She called me 2 days later. Even without calling my insurance, she had already predetermined my case.
