I have been calling for a month begging them to send my correct prescription to the right pharmacy. Absolutely insane they can’t even do that right.
Don’t even bother. It’s a mad house and nobody knows what’s going on. They provide false insurance information. They are lost. Again don’t bother.
Dr shephard has been my endocrinologist since 2007 he saved me with the right medication I've been on the road to recovery total thyroidectomy hope his replacement is as good he was the best
Mucho tiempo de espera. La enfermera pasó a alguien en el turno de mi madre, una mujer joven que no quería esperar. Que pena e tenido tanta decepción. A los adultos los manipulan y no hay ni una pisca de empatía y mucho menos respeto hacia ellos.
Dr Sheppard, in my opinion is a great doctor, but unfortunately he retired. I was his patient for over 10 years and he always solved my problem. Since he retired, I went to see Dr Aguilar and WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Completely useless.
