Most terrible experience I’ve ever had w a dr. The office and manager are soo rude. They actually told me to go to an emergency clinic when I was sick and called to come in to see them I would neverrr recommend this office to anyone ever I have a dr so that I do not have to go to a clinic. Terrible staff and terrible service

I have had nothing except positive experiences as a long term patient. Doctors Zimmerman and Krol are very kind and attentive to any concerns. Very easy to reach.

Disgustingly rude staff and managers. The manager is NEVER there either and once she was the first to pick up and i asked for the manager she just goes “hello” as if she didnt hear me and gave me attitude for saying it again. Phone ettiequte 101 the first thing said is only “hello” after a person starts talking IF YOU CANNOT HEAR THEM. And she HUNG UP ON ME FOR NO REASON and now they will not pick up when i call. How am i supposed to take care of a bill sent to me THAT I PAID ALREADY WHEN THEY WONT PICK UP THE PHONE.

I wish I could leave this place NO STARS. THE WORST OFFICE STAFF EVER. Never in my life have I had so much trouble making a payment. First they don’t charge it and tell me it was “denied” when I would’ve been notified if they even tried. Finally on my 5th time calling is anyone there to help me with making a payment because “only a manager can” and they bill me for it dated and sent FIVE DAYS AFTER I PAID IT. Unbelievable rude as well every time I talked to them regardless of my tone and patience too.
