Called my insurance before hand to check for eligible providers and this place came up. Gave them a call to book an initial appointment and they told me they would give me a call back. A week later, I give them a call for them to tell me they put my phone number wrong on file. They had trouble putting my insurance through and through multiple calls, they had me come in. They took a look at my card and tried putting it in their system again, like me telling them the number on the phone vs them physically seeing the card would... read more
I would give them a 0 if I could. My mom went to them for extreme stomach pain. They told her it was gastritis. My mom mentioned she felt over looked and they were talking to her like she was dumb… my mom was an RN herself. A week later my mother passed away. Her life could have been saved if it was treated earlier.
Been a patient here for a year won't be coming back. Horrible practice.
Doctors and staff here are very professional and accommodating, wonderful people.
Most terrible experience I’ve ever had w a dr. The office and manager are soo rude. They actually told me to go to an emergency clinic when I was sick and called to come in to see them I would neverrr recommend this office to anyone ever I have a dr so that I do not have to go to a clinic.
