I am not reviewing the professional qualifications, excellent though they are, of the physicians in this practice. Rather the awful waiting-room experience for cataract/laser eye surgery patients, mostly elderly, many infirm-like my mother, age 86. More than half-dozen patients(and their drivers), scheduled for the same 6:30 AM appointment, crowded into an uncomfortable waiting room w/ insufficient seating for an hour wait before being called. I have been a paitent of Dr. Snow for over 6 years. Cateract sugery and I will recommend this establishment to everyone. I have had great care and 100% success there. The staff is very caring and helpfull. I am on Medicare and also on Medicaid. I have not paid out any money and still got top notch care. I have not one complaint. They are amazing and give their all to their patients. So I highly recommend them to anyone that wants great eye care.
