I have two great insurances Ameritas and Delta Dental both PPO, the office never checked before my appointment, on my appointment day they were given the phone number to both insurances even thou one card needed to be updated the phone numbers were the same. Clair at the front desk kept asking how long I knew my friend Vicky that referred me to thier office and how I knew her? I called Ameritas and Delta Dental and was told this office never called. I've been going to Dr. Lam for years. What do you expect from a dentist. His office is clean, easy to get to, parking works. His staff is always professional and courteous. He doesn't talk much but always delivers effective dental care with none of that smultzy upselling that goes on with so many other dental practices. I can highly recommend this practice.
