I had a problem with my crown. I had to ask him to look in my mouth to see what he thought. He said well ok if you want me to look in your mouth I'll go ahead and do it and he slung my chair back as he slid his chair back and I looked at him and I said nope never mind I don't want you to look in my mouth. He was rude, arrogant, and bragged that he's been in business for 30 some odd years and he loves what he's doing well in my opinion you have to have some kind of a kind personality to go along with that job.
