Dr. Felder himself is a terrific, but without a doubt, his is the rudest, most incompetent staff I have ever had to deal with. He recently closed his Manhattan office and I only found this out when I called 2 months ahead of time to reschedule an April appointment.When were they planing to tell his patients? At least his Manhattan assistant was polite, but everyone I've dealt with in his Brooklyn office was rude and dismissive and uncooperative. Good luck getting complete records, too.
Dr. Felder an unprofessional provider who does not care about his patients' welfare. Dr. Felder stopped accepting my daughter's insurance on 12/31/2017 and did not contact us until the morning before her scheduled appointment, which had to ed made 6 months in advance, on 1/10/2018. Now my daughter is left in the lurch and we need to find a new provider and wait to be able to get an appointment. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
The Doctor has bad bedside manners..The staff which consist of 2 women do not like each other and it is SHOWN! The whole entire office need a total upgrade ..ie: Equipments....Doctor Attitude..Friendier Staff..and a new cleaning person ...But all in all ..Dr Felder is not a bad doctor just needs attitude adjustment ..be more friendly..you will get more from your patient that way ...also be good to your Staffs..There are a Reflection on you !!
Will never recommend this doctor to anyone not even my worse enemy. Very unprofessional front desk staff and office. They had no reciept book to give patients a formal receipt, the secretary wrote a on a piece of paper like we are in a third world country lacking office supplies and equipment! We were never even told that he did not accept our insurance but took the copayment and then billed for the full service after!
