Here's a problem I have with this doctor and his PA. His P.A. knows nothing at all about medicine. I waited for an appointment with the DOCTOR (NOT A PA) and never got to see the doctor in person. I received no advice, no treatment, no nothing during my appointment with the PA and I was told to come back to see the doctor in person. A few weeks later the doctor's office called and canceled my appt and never called back to re-schedule. However, they want $170 for a visit for NOTHING? Won't happen. I was totally impressed with the staff's great attitude. They welcomed me warmly and were super friendly. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. While Dr. Feuer is well trained somewhere along the way this practice has become derailed. They didn't know what they were doing at all. I was shocked by the confusion over test results, why I was there and the very , very poor delivery of critical news. Also, there is zero follow-up with the patient. Test results are not discussed on a regular basis but rather more and more test ordered. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members.
