1st These folks got me in within 10 min of my appointment time. Efficient! I've been to doctors appointments & waited 2+ hrs past my appointment time. 2nd support team including front desk staff, techs, etc were very friendly. I noticed a trend a few years back in the medical field where support staff were short "tempered", seemed angry & sometimes rude.
