Upon arrival at this Dentist office, for a cleaning, I requested them to only do whatever is covered by my insurance. I had a sat down with the young lady in charge and she checked it out for me and responded that everything was Covered. When leaving the office, I double checked with her and she said yes everything was covered. To my surprise, a bill later showed up in the mail!!!!
