Awful. Just awful. I was having uncontrollable panic attacks, last year and didn't want to get addicted to benzo's...which I told him. He then mocked me, (Nobody wants to get addicted to benzo's! he said) and scolded me insisting that I take a whole Klonopin (which I had and wouldn't take more than half). I always research any medication I am taking, or are going to take, which I told him, and he questioned me on where I got my information from. I never leave reviews but Dr. Lai is 100% deserving of one. This doctor staffed my son's case with hospital providers and when he saw that the hospital wanted to discharge him without considering my son's developmental challenges and associated risk, Dr. Lai advocated for my son best interest and continuous stay. He is personable, professional, empathetic and diligent. Thanks to him my son's condition has improved tremendously.
