Dr. Grotz does not display great bedside manners when caring for his patients. I was immediately frowned upon when he entered the room. I was asked to explain my symptoms but before I could, he would interrupt me and invalidate any of my concerns. After I asked numerous questions, he dismissed the context at hand to ask why did I need to come to the Hospital on a Sunday after 11pm. Could have been better.
This doctor who also works for MedNow, called the cops on a civilized mother of three. His two staff members was acting very racist towards me. He did not care nor wanted to see me. I guess it depends on how this doctor is feeling if he wants to provide you medicine or not. Thank God, I was able to go another place and get the help I needed.
