Dr Klein has been my Husband and my Dermotologist for over 20 years. He has taken great care of my Husband who has had numerous pre cancerous places, and cancerous. I feel confident with him, and would highly reccomend him. I would say just do the full body check, sometimes we can't see spots of concern, or pass them off as something else.
He has handled all my problems with professionalism and proficiency. I love the way I can get an appointment quickly. I have been highly satisfied completely with his treatment.
Knowledgeable man that I've seen twice. But he has almost no "bed-side manner"- does not want to "relate" to his patients, has no time for small talk. If that's ok with you, go see him. I am quite satisfied with his knowledge, and his prescriptions for a cure to my recent problem worked great. But I like to be treated a bit more as a human being. I totally agree that his staff are mostly unfriendly there.
Dr. Klein is a butcher. He cut my skin cancer and I felt the cut. I have never felt that in 20 years of having skin cancer. Then did not coriitze right and left with it bleeding thru my clothes. They would not refund my $50 copay. I found out that I do have cancer. So now I find another Dr. I wish I could give them neg0
I have been going to Dr. Klein for A number of years and I have always been called before my appointment time and treated as he appreciated my business.
Have been seeing Dr. Klein for 20+ years. Was basically satisfied. I ran into a small billing problem, due to a lapse in insurance coverage, but I have insurance now . I need to make an appointment and get refills on prescriptions, but they are treating me like I have the plague because of the 150.00 I owe them. I thought 20 plus years of loyalty would be worth something, but the staff I spoke with was incredibly rude, and Dr. Klein wont even speak with me. They actually told me he was napping!
Seen him a few times for a couple of skin problems. He got me answers, educated me on how to handle the situations medically, and also provided me with a clear understanding of my medical (dermatology) issues.
I had read good reviews about this doctor, so I decided to give him a try. I went in to have a spot checked out, and he came in didn't make eye contact with me, and said "What do you want me to look at?" He then "examined" me for all of maybe 30 seconds (that is quite literal) said everything looked fine, gave me a pamphlet, said if anything starts to look like the pictures on this come back, and we were done. Then, I had to pay a $92 copay for him doing nothing.
Dr. Kenneth Klein has a 4.1 star rating with 27 reviews.
