I'm sure Doctor Choi is great, but I wouldn't know because I wasn't ever able to see him. Due to a scheduling issue with the online system I was marked as a no show, despite the office calling me to tell me the appointment was not booked. However when I tried to reschedule I was told I was a no show (to the appointment that was cancelled by the system) that I can no longer be seen. Dr. Choi is the man! I couldn’t see myself going to another doctor. He listens to the patient and helps guide them through any concerns. I had a doctor previously and he did not listen to my concerns and actually caused more stress. As someone who asks a lot of questions, I know it can get difficult to listen to. However, he does it and does it with a smile. I went to him with some concerns that had me not sleeping. I am a 79-year-old male who still working fulltime in Tucson, AZ I have a history of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) which has been quite problematic for the past decade. Not the friendliest practice in Tucson. I had a procedure over 3 weeks ago. I was told the result would be 1-2 weeks. I have left messages last week. I have never heard from them. Doctor doesn't like bad reviews he told me to find another doctor. Seems like only by posting a bad review do i get my results.
Got a vasectomy done with Dr. Choi, it was a quick and easy experience, he advised me to get the pronox and I am glad I listened to him. Post-op he was very easy to get into contact with either over the phone or in the clinic. Would definitely recommend, especially after hearing of some experiences others have had around town.
