I had the Urolift procedure done earlier this year. Dr. Choi was upfront and honest in our first meeting describing the procedure and what one can expect following the procedure. The procedure was fairly quick and very little pain during the procedure. This was my first time visiting a specialist. Let me tell you, I was surprised of how welcoming this practice is. From setting my appointment, to check in, my interactions with the staff. All were amazing, they communicated throughly throughout the process. I was taken to meet Dr. Choi, and he was very presentable and nice, he reviewed my records and we discussed my symptoms, he gave me his recommendations and a few other health advice. Dr. Choi is very personable and an excellent Doctor. He has me doing better that I have in many years. His staff is excellent. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to see an urologist.

I would like to caution about having lab work done at Dr Choi's office. Last week I received a bill from a third party lab on the East coast for lab work I had done in 2/2024, a year and a half ago. I called the office and was told I would have to deal with this third party lab. I have always been billed through the Dr office when I've had lab work done in a office. I called the lab and they blamed the office. Basically pointing fingers at each other with no accountability. Wasting my time after a year and a half. So frustra... read more
