Potential patients beware. Dr. Rosenthal is at the end of his useful life as a surgeon and will lie to you to cover up surgical errors when they happen. I had a family member go to him for a lens implantation that became a multi-month saga. Old man Ken installed the lens inside out and took six weeks to realize what he had done before rushing into another traumatic operation. ! Dr Rosenthal ruined my vision and quality of life. He never informed me that I would need reading glasses for everything close. He only asked if I read a lot!!! I am now left with vestibular dysfunction because I lost my nearsighted vision and I get dizzy and feel off balance!! Dr Rosenthal has absolutely NO Compassion!! Working for Dr Rosenthal is a privilege. I believe he listens to his patients concerns and accommodates their needs by personalizing his surgeries per patient. Understandably, with greatness comes patience. Sometimes a wait can be longer than expected however; knowing we will obtain great care is why we choose our doctors, no?
