I was referred to this office by my mom because I was in need of a wisdom tooth removal ASAP! I called and was able to get an appointment the NEXT DAY! There wasn’t a long wait and I was serviced ASAP! The receptionist was AMAZING and so kind! Dr. Edward’s did my extraction and Maya was his assistant. They were so kind, I was so nervous and scared but they explain to me all that was going on, what they were going to be doing, and everything! Great dentist and bedside manner. The last time I was seen, another dentist was in my mouth and did not introduce herself. Now far as far as this new office staff.... Highly unprofessional, will call right before your appointment, however, will not leave a message. When you sign in there's a lot of whispering going on, people scatter, you're asked if you have a new number because "we called you", then you're told the dental hygienist is gone for the day. Great Dentist… he’s the best… my teeth is absolutely beautiful..job well done Dr. Harden.
Very nice people at Harden Family Dental. However when it comes to crowns, I had a bad experience with Mr Harden himself twice. As for the cleanings and everything else, they are fine. Just beware of the shoddy work they do on crowns. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
