Staff are very rude, Roseanne hung up on me (a patient of 25+ years) when I called to ask for help as I’ve had to go 5 days already without my medication (no offer to help at all), and the same thing happened over the holidays which left me without my pain medication for 16 days because the staff repeatedly set the phone system incorrectly so that no patients calll can go through!!!!
