Dr. Beckett was a wonderfully compassionate man. He was very professional and knowledgeable.
The office does not seem to be well run. I had a terrible time getting my gerd testing arranged. The woman changed her mind several times on what I needed to do, when and where. I had to finally ask to speak with an office manager. Now, my hernia procedure is being scheduled, and same thing- Michelle says I am not on the schedule yet Gillian called me herself 3 business days ago and we picked a date. Dr. Eckhert loves to tell you one thing and then go back on his word. He continually doesn’t seem to know what’s going on and then takes weeks to get back to you. If you have a surgical complication forget it, he will want to push it off on another Doctor because he can’t seem to take care of it. Between his lack of communication and his rude surgical scheduler Paula I urge you to find somebody else’s
Very understanding. The procedure went perfectly. I went back recently for another reason and he said I did not need surgery.
I would recommend him to anyone. He is one of the most important doctors for any type of surgery. He has always helped me and he tells you the on what is wrong with you. So if anyone needs to have surgery you should contact him.

He's knowledgeable, compassionate, informative, explained the diagnosis, prognosis all mixed with a little humor.
. messages were not forwarded and then staff would argue they had no record of times and dates I claimed to call and leave a message waiting for dr. eckhert to return my call, based on him telling me to call and speak to him. final insult was when a surgery did not have the desired result he gave no expectations of attempting to repair problem. I was told to seek help elsewhere and I thought he would refer a specific dr. to help instead an asst. read names off the internet. no help!
