Dr. Jordan was very dismissive of my concerns. I found him quite rude and left in tears.
Dr. Jordan has been great for me. He listens, answers all my questions and makes sure I have my tests done timely. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.
You can never get ahold of anyone you must always leave a message. I have been trying to my MRI results for over a month. When I did have somebody call me back they informed me that my MRI results were still on Dr. Jordan’s desk from a month ago. I asked him how much longer and they informed me they did not know, but I was more than welcome to call daily to find out when I would get my results. This is unacceptable for someone who has been in pain for over a month do not use this office.
Personal, detailed, understandable, timely, highly recommend.
Dr. Jordan is a very personable doctor who goes out of his way to make his patients feel well cared for He encourages family members to be with patients as they are given care and explanation of treatment
