Scheduled a last minute appointment and got in to see the Dr. the next day. The diagnosis went from a very compassionate COVID stress related involuntary possibly unconscious teeth grinding induced dental pain to what was a decayed tooth to the root nerve. The fix will be to have some oral surgery and a single tooth implant. This decision was derived from a open ended dialog between the Dr. and myself.
