Can't say enough great things about Dr. Kenneth Goldman and his staff. He's removed 2 kidney stones for me in the past couple of years
I have been a patient of Dr. Goldman for many years. He has always been sensitive to privacy issues vis-a-vis office procedures that were invasive of the body. He has treated recurring problems with kidney stones and has consistently shown an interest in my health and welfare. When I had to have a large stone removed surgically, Dr. Goldman met with my wife beforehand to reassure her and allay her concerns. I was sorry to learn of his planned retirement at the end of the year, but I wish him well!
Staff: Refused to provide me my lab results even after two phone calls and a follow-up request in writing. I waited over 60 days after the request in writing before walking into the office and even then they refused because only their doctors can authorize a release of test results. I basically had to remind them of HIPAA laws to get a copy. Dr. Ken Goldman: 1st appointment was 1.5 hours late. 2nd appointment was cancelled. Horrible experience from staff rushing and being rude to doctor not being prepared or providing us with accurate results for a very sensitive issue. Currently finding a new doctor and would absolutely not recommend.
