I am most pleased with my recent experience with Dr Ethier. He was prompt, professional and thorough. I am diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and he explained the big orange picture of my eye as it has never been explained before. I am 74 years old and he explained what is happening to my vision as I age. I will highly recommend Dr Ethier every chance I get. And kudos to his office staff. Nice ladies!!
Amazing service the lady’s at the front desk are very knowledgeable and nice answer all the questions I asked and Dr.Either is funny and also amazing at what he does the only place I recommend for contact and eye exams
Received bill for a contact fitting nearly four months after appt. This is the first bill I received and am out of state, but the bill shows 90 days past due and ready to send to collections. They called me a week ago asking for an address to send me some paperwork and never mentioned this, when I could have paid over the phone then. Shady business practices!
After years of experience with these folks, both the doctor and his staff I've found to be outstanding. (I, too, see the glass window as somewhat daunting and cold!) but the moment you speak to anyone you are met with the most professional politeness and efficiency possible. I had the absolute best experience and top lens fitting ever with Dr. Ethier and his staff. I've worn glasses for 67 years, and several types of contact lenses for 48 of those 67. The fitting was speedy (though not at all rushed), thorough, friendly--and, most importantly, accurate! My glasses prescription is fantastic (expertly filled at the optical dispensary next door, Eyemart Express). Contact lenses may be a bit trickier.
