VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. It is very hard for the patient to get in contact with the office. the doctor is hurting a lot of people !!!!!!! she almost costed me my relationship with not helping me with medications for my mood !!!!
Very unprofessional
This is the most unprofessional people in the field, arguing with a patient over their fault! When a patient seeks medical help from so called physiatric professionals who call after they collect your co pay and send your very important medicine to the pharmacy late because of incompetence when they know how important that particular medicine is, and to blame the patient is ridiculous!! They are the professionals, who don't take responsibility, and I'm looking into a formal complaint with the Florida medical association
The treatment for my mom's working really well. Prompt response when calling or they call back ASAP. Both physicians are nice and empathetic.
