He found a melanoma on me that another skin specialist missed
We recently visited Dr Chen at Norwest for my daughter and the experience was highly disappointing. The consultation lasted barely five minutes, yet I was charged a steep $280. Despite the high cost, the interaction felt rushed and impersonal. We left the clinic feeling like it was more about profit than patient care. Not recommending this “Dr”.
Dr Chen is a dedicated, insightful, and kind Dr who is very thorough and perceptive. This is my frank evaluation after my 42 years in medical Genetics, and my 165 Scientific and medical articles published in reviewed journals worldwide. His expertise in Dermatology is unrivalled having experienced the skills of several such Australian specialists with my frequent skin damage. I couldn't commend him more. He is completely reliable.
Dr Keng Chen was amazing during my first visit, he really listened to me and make me feel like he really cares about my skin! He gave me a number of different things to do in order to help my skin. He calls me to check in and make sure my skin is getting better. Very happy with this experience and I would recommended him to anyone!
