Dr. Loi + his team are lovely, professional with very personable bedside manners. My review relates to clinic policy. I opted to insert a bariatric balloon @ $6K. My body would not allow this. The company offered a refund to the practice, this was not offered to me, instead I was told my only option was another type of balloon an additional $1.3K (which I previously deemed too risky).My body rejected 2nd balloon, I feared for my life. The balloon was removed in 3 weeks. I lost a further $4.5K in sick leave/saline infusions. ... read more
I had the sleeve and gall bladder removed. Ken was amazing he really cares. I found him so happy to help an nothing to hard or a pain to help you. Even his staff go above and beyond.
