I had two appointments with Dr. Kenneth Hughes in Richmond, BC, and both were extremely disappointing. At my first visit, despite arriving early and only being slightly delayed due to having to leave the clinic to find a restroom, I was met with a raised voice and told I had “ruined his entire day” and delayed all other patients. Dr. Ken Hughes may be an accomplished surgeon but he has forgotten some things. This is a team effort and the patient is very much a part of the team.
