Dr Ng seems to be a nice one until something happened. I did a driver medical check up for my commercial license renewal B on Jan 2025, the Dr made a mistake on my report and MTO downgraded my license to G, so I no longer can work for any company as commercial driver and I need to appeal to the MTO and will takes time, at the beginning I reported to the clinic and the receptionist checked the medical report and said nothing wrong, then I recontacted MTO, well, every time it takes an hour to get a hold of MTO and they told me... read more
Ken Ng best doctor he is knowledgeable and polite
The negative reviews here are bogus. My family and I have been with Dr Ng for 3 years and have had a great experience till date. Booking appointment could be smoother but not too bad. Dr Ng and his medical staff over compensate for it.
I had to come in for a last minute appointment and the office accommodated me. Dr ng was very nice and understanding!
Hello and good day. I don't know what is happening currently/last year plus, but a pharmacy trying to Fax to refill a perscription/getting through to the office is getting "horribly" worse by the day. I would love to find a new doctor's office but i am stuck with no option. If "not" having my medication on time when i've planned 10 days in advance for a refill through the pharmacist isn't going to happen anymore then my health and routine is at risk.
