Absolutely appalling experience at this clinic—rude, dismissive, and completely devoid of empathy. We booked an appointment for our 4-day-old newborn for a tongue tie assessment and were explicitly told not to feed the baby for 90 minutes beforehand. We arrived 10 minutes early and ended up waiting an additional 50 minutes, all while our baby, now unfed for nearly three hours, grew increasingly distressed.
