I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by Hampton Dental Clinic. Unfortunately, my recent visit was marked by a series of disappointments. The level of professionalism exhibited by the staff was significantly below expectations, and I was disheartened by the overall lack of courtesy and respect shown towards me. The front desk staff are always wonderful, and Dr. Crossman is amazing. However, I had a disappointing experience recently. I was running late for an appointment, and I was told my file would be closed and I would no longer be able to attend the clinic. Even though I had rescheduled a few days before, this felt a bit excessive. In addition, during my cleaning, the new dental assistant accidentally poked my gums a few times with the machine. Great experience here. Nervous patient was treated with respect. the procedure I had I was completely painless and took less than 20 min. Highly recommended.
Went here to assess and release my son's tongue tie at 3 months old. Very thoughtful staff, not pushy, and they know what they're doing and how to work with babies. They use a laser pen for the release and it healed well after following the post-procedure instructions. I would recommend.
