Dr. Alanen is a great dermatologist!! He is very professional and thorough!! I see him every 6 months for skin cancer screening!! I would highly recommend Dr. Alanen to be your skin care specialist!!
Dr Alanen is thorough and I feel very safe in his care. He couldn’t be more kind and professional.
6 years of dealing with him, all went well- then did a change of meds- had a really bad reaction. Tried contacting him 3 times for help .. never heard back. Wont be using him anymore
Great experience with Dr Alanen and all his staff. They were extremely professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Not only did they actively listen to the details of my issues, but ensured I was well informed of all my options beyond the specific service I'd booked. They went above and beyond and it was key to my recovery.
I submitted a consultation request March 25th. It is now April 10th and I have had zero communication with the Dr. Alanen and no service provided. No replies to three emails sent. Would never recommend.
