We visited her in Nov. 2016. The front-desk deals with the patients for the most part other than the few minutes of interaction you have with the Doctor. I don't remember the name of the older lady with thick black frame glasses (I don't mean this disrespectfully but the only way I can point out that particular person) at the front desk almost made us decide to not be seen by Dr. Tomasic.
