Don't get me wrong, Kelly Moore is great dentist and seems like a wonderful person. But you won't have good service while you are there from the staff. The Front desk is very rude over the phone - you try to call to get an appt scheduled for an emergency as you are concerned about a wiggling tooth, etc. and they state they cannot see you for a month and a half while scoffing at you over the phone. Had been a patient for years. Didn't go back for some time as I had no issues and wanted to schedule an appointment and was told I was no longer considered a patient and they weren't accepting new patients. No emails, no messages, no phone calls to inform that I was being removed as a patient. Was told that their patients go in every 6 months for a cleaning. When I asked how to know when they were going to accept new patients, they had no waiting list or method of communication and I would just have to call back to check.
Very poor service. I have been going to this dentist for 10 years. I have not gone in the last year. I broke a tooth eating ice and I call and they said I would have to go in as a new patient because I have not been there in a year. What??? So this is how you treat your patients of 10 years? Wow! This is insane how you treat your long time patients.
Dr. Moore and her team do a fantastic job. It is hard to find a good dentist who you can trust and I wholeheartedly trust Dr. Moore and her team.
