We changed practices 1 year ago, and right from my first phone call to each visit, we have had the best experience. The front desk, medical assistants, phlebotomist, NP's and Dr. Mercier are all exceptional . So happy we made the switch
Very caring and listens very well.
My appointment today on September 16 went extremely well. Arrived on time and intake did the initial prep and intake of vitals, meds, weigh in and status since my last appointment. Then met with Ashley who went over bloodwork results and any questions since my last appointment. Overall Ashley and the staff made me feel very comfortable and with good lab results. I left with a very positive experience.
