Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Somewhat, they could have been kinder Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Gettin results from test seems to be a problem. Maybe its me, but should i have to call to get my results. I dont know if thats how it works. My family doctor always calls me for test results.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely!
