Tried to make an appointment with Dr. Kelly C Epps after being discharged from the emergency room with stroke like symptoms only to be told that the next available appointment would be a year from now! What kind of medical practice are you running? I couldn’t believe my ears and had the office clerk repeat herself. Not only is it an insult, but it’s just poor patient care!
