I was to be a new patient today, logged on for first virtual for dr ditton, clicked where it said click to join appointment got a black screen, now I am fully aware everything on my end works perfectly. . Waiting on dr..20 min after apt time no dr (so I've been in 35 min now with lof on 15 prior to apt to TEST everything between both us), getting concerned I called office told them what i was seeing, asked if it was normal was told yep dr is running late but can see your logged on OK COOL.. . Dr. Mandagere was not very welcoming during my first visit, and was condescending towards me when discussing how I treat my disease. She also changed the settings in my insulin pump, and did not tell me or write down any of the changes. When I called her office to find out the settings in my pump, her nurse informed me they did not save any of my settings! Totally irresponsible and unacceptable!

I have never written a review, this is my first. I was diagnosed early 2019 with Hashimotos by my primary and she suggested to follow up with Endocrine in our practice. This was Dr Mandagere. Prior to meeting, I read a ton about the disease in hopes to find answers/solutions. Our meeting was brief, she restated I had Hashimotos, that there was nothing I can do and to take Synthroid, 50mg and to call her later. I had my first appt. with Dr. Mandagere today. She looked at the same test results as my general Dr. and saw completely different results. She got me back on medication so I will feel better soon. Great experience and great office.

I've been type1 diabetic for 35 years and never in all that time found the "right" endo, until Dr. Mandagere. She's very analytical, so if you are looking for an emotive personality, she may not be the right fit. But for me, I can't express how much she has helped me. Staff is fabulous too.
