Rude when calling to make a appointment
I'm always treated like a queen when I go for an appointment. Everyone knows my name and makes a point of coming over and saying HELLO. Dr Schneider literally saved my life. She's extremely knowledgeable and has the patience of a saint. I've never felt rushed or confused, and no question has ever gone unanswered. Dr Schneider has an amazing support team as well.
