Receptionist was incredibly rude. She tried to tell me I was late for my appointment when she wasn’t at the desk to sign me in. I got up to use the bathroom waiting on her, and when I told her this she continued to argue and called my mom “miserable”. Love the doctor, I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here until the horrible receptionist is fired.
Dr Jackson is the BEST. She gets one hundred stars. I am only posting 5 stars so this review doesn’t negatively affect her or her business. I have been a patient of hers for 27 years and now my children are her patients, too. We drive an hour to see her for our optical needs. The office manager, Ashley, at this Target Optical (unrelated to Dr Jackson’s practice) gets ONE star. She is incredibly unprofessional and will not be getting any of my family’s business.
