I love ALL the staff in Dr. Keith's office. After having 13 months of diet visits, ins requirement, and then getting my thyroid straightened out, I became quite fond of his office and those who work there. They are all amazing and I actually looked forward to going in for my visits.
My experience with Dr Keith has been great for me. I love Dr Keith the staff has always treated me with respect. My surgery when well lost a 100 pound's in 9 month's
The office staff might drive you nuts at times as others have said, but after a year post op, I can tell you it's all worth it to have a doctor that is competent. I had zero complications, and I'm so thankful for Dr Keith's surgery skills and the follow up I've had!! Thank you!!!!!
Dr. Keith is fine. His staff, however, is not. It's like pulling teeth to get anyone to call you back. I know they're busy, but don't tell me you're going to call me and then not call. I drive from Harrah and get there only to find out my insurance referral hasn't been requested. I did see Dr. Keith but only for a minute. I was told they insurance person with his office would call me and she even gave me her "direct" number. Well she hasn't called or returned my calls. It's just aggravating. Dr Keith and staff have help me change my eating habits. Since my Gastric Sleeve last year in February I have lost 111 pounds and I am eating healthier. I haven't had to take my blood pressure medicine in a year now. Thank you Dr Keith and staff for helping me change my life. ~FREDIA
Let me start by saying I waited over 1 hour b4 I was even seen by a Physician. They were so overbooked and I was treated like a number not an individual. Wasted 2 hours of my life. Don't waste your time here with this Smug Physician.
